How Much to Expect

You probably paid alot of money for your timeshare and we hope you used

timeshares are only worth pennies on the dollar.  We hate to be the

If you paid $15,000 or more for your timeshare it should be worth 
between 10-20% depending on the season you own, number of bedrooms and 
bathrooms, resort ratings as ranked by RCI or Interval International.

If you paid less than $15,000 for your timeshare it should be worth 
between 5-20%.

This is reality not a make believe price that some people will tell you 
just to get you to list your timeshare with them.

Please remember once we comitt to purchasing your timeshare you will 
never have to pay another maintenance fee or assessment ever again.

          No.  There are no costs to you to obtain a FREE price quote.

you wish to accept our offer we will pay all closing costs and transfer

Who will process the paperwork and handle the transfer?
           I use several timeshare closing companies but I usually use 
JRA 
Services, Inc.  (PLEASE PROVIDE JANET's LINK).  JRA has over 19 years 
experience and will handle everything from start to finish in a 
professional 
manner.

How long does the process take until I get my money?
          The entire process takes about 60 days.  It can be quicker or 
slower depending upon the speed you send in paperwork to our office and 
JRA's office.  We will process your transfer as quickly as possible.
