If you wish to accept our offer we will pay all closing costs and transfer fees.

Who will process the paperwork and handle the transfer?

I use several timeshare closing companies but I usually use
JRA Services, Inc. JRA has over 19 years experience and will handle everything from start to finish in a professional
manner.

How long does the process take until I get my money?

The entire process takes about 60 days. It can be quicker or
slower depending upon the speed you send in paperwork to our office and JRA's office. We will process your transfer as quickly as possible.
