If you paid $15,000.00 or more for your timeshare, it should be worth approximately 10-20% of what you originally paid for it, depending on the season you own, number of bedrooms and baths, resort ratings as ranked by RCI or Interval International.

If you paid less than $15,000.00 for your timeshare, it should be worth approximately 5-20% of what you originally paid for it.

We are giving you a realistic estimate of what your timeshare is worth. Many companies will tell you that your property is worth alot more than it actually is, because they want to charge you a fee to advertise your property, or they will charge you for an appraisal to tell you what your timeshare is worth.
